River’s End Rafting has a qualified staff with extensive training and years of experience on the Mighty Kern River. While safety is always our top priority, our entertainment is second to none. A love for both people and whitewater is what keeps our guides coming back season after season!  

Interested in joining our crew?

RER is always looking to add talented staff to our team! We typically hire a few new guides and staff members every spring and begin the hiring process in March. If you are interested in joining our RER crew, please email your resume and a little bit about yourself to PBJ@riversendrafting.com!
